To celebrate NATIONAL CONFIDENCE DAY all pupils linked into a Confidence Show created especially for the Children of Ireland. This show highlighted self confidence ensuring hope, inspiration and encouragement to all our pupils. We engaged in dance, song, stories, magic and art'n'craft activities. The pupils created their own 'superhero' with their superpowers and positive 'traits'. An Taoiseach, Micheál Martin also addressed our pupils and announced a no homework pass to celebrate National Confidence Day. He also asked that every child instead focus' on doing a confident, brave and kind deed that day highlighting 'kindness' which has been the theme for LENT in Room 1! Happy National Confidence Day Everyone!
