Our 'Spring' Visitors
On Friday the 12th of April to treat the pupils after working extremely hard all week learning about baby animals in Spring, Seamus Mc Menamin and Shaun Brady took some of their furry friends in to visit our school. The pupils got a chance to hold and pet some baby lambs and two day old piglets. The Infants also got to feed the lamb with a bottle as well as learning about taking care of these animals. Seamus also had a rooster called 'Jimmy' which the pupils enjoyed learning about. Thank you to Seamus and Shaun for the lovely surprise. A great day was had by all with lots of excitement!
